7 Game Changing Supplements That Keep My Testosterone High, Fat Low, And Mind Sharp.

Post 3 – 1

My thoughts on hormones, TRT, GREAT SEX and approaching 40 like a 20 year old.

By Erin Alejandrino

“Are you natty?”

Back when I was a passive aggressive man (PAM) I was struggling with passivity…

I was passive with my health and was fat and fluffy.

I was passive with my finances, living paycheck to paycheck, broke, and uninspired.

I was passive with women, sexless and unappreciated…

I was aggressive with my vices…

And by vices, I did just about everything…

Alcohol, drugs, masturbation, sedation, porn, lying, manipulation…

Needless to say, I was in constant suffering.

I hit a point where I realized this life I’m living is nothing but emptiness.

While I loved helping people as a personal trainer, I felt like an absolute fraud not looking or feeling the part…

I would sleep in, after nights of drinking and drugging and dread the next day before it even started.

I often found myself asking “is this really all life is?”

Deep down I felt empty and depressed…

I knew I was meant for more and I knew I needed to change but I had know idea what that really meant.

When I started on my personal development journey 7 years I knew habits and behaviors had to change so I hired the coaches, read the books and invested in therapy.

But that was just a piece of the puzzle.

I also had some chemistry that was all out of whack.

Years of abuse on the body, treating myself like a trashcan I wrecked some internal systems that made feeling good, burning fat and staying focused very difficult.

At 32 years old I destroyed my body’s natural testosterone production which made it incredibly hard to break free from my PAM problem.

You’ve probably heard of testosterone before…

That fountain of youth hormone that makes men men…

But if you haven’t here’s the lowdown.

What Is Testosterone?

Testosterone is a hormone found in both men and women but it is primarily a male hormone. It affects the body by increasing muscle and bone mass, drive, assertiveness, focus and overall energy but it is also the predominate hormone that effects confidence, mood and our sex drive.

As we age, testosterone levels fall at an average of 1.6% per year… and significantly faster if you are not health conscious.

Stress, extra weight, bad food decisions, poor sleep, alcohol, drugs and yes… even masturbation all slowly deplete your natural testosterone levels.

Do all those vices long enough and you can create some irreversible consequences.

Sadly, the epidemic of low-t men is on the rise….

Studies show that Men’s testosterone levels have dropped 20% on a global scale  in the last 20 years.

Look around… don’t you see it?

The rise of the “Nice Guy”, Beta Man and PAM men are smaller, weaker and more feeble than ever.

Some effects of low testosterone are:

  • Increased body fat
  • Moodiness
  • Less energy
  • Less sex drive
  • Increased fatigue
  • Passive aggressive behaviors
  • Erectile dysfunctions

Yeah that last one perked me up too (no pun intended).

But thats the truth, I didn’t start paying attention to what might be lying under the surface until I lost an erection during sex…

Not something most men want to talk about but definitely got my attention.

Healthy testosterone levels for men in their early 30’s should be at or above 400 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL).

My testosterone was incredibly low, around 200.

I cleaned up my diet, disciplined my routine, stopped watching porn, stopped jerking off and started to spend time with men and my numbers shot up to a healthier range of above 300.

I felt better…

But, I knew I wanted more.

So, are you natty?

I’m an all in kind of guy.

When I find something that I like and that produces a feeling I enjoy I tend to go full tilt.

That’s why every one of my vice has been to the absolute extreme.

When I felt the difference between Low-T and Higher-T…

… the difference in my masculinity, mood, energy, stamina, focus, drive and sexual appetite I wanted more.

I started researching steroids because I thought what I wanted was just more testosterone…

My research took me to countless forums and realized very quickly that the “meathead bodybuilders” were some of the most brilliant bio-hacking chemists you will ever meet.

The vast amount of variables that go into cycling an innumerable amount of anabolic compounds, PCT’s (post cycle steroids), estrogen blocker, aromatizers, hormone balancers and performance enhancers would require a doctorate to truly fully understand.

The average bodybuilder that you see at the gym that you suspect is “on gear” is a wealth of knowledge… but that’s not who I wanted to be.

I wanted an easy solution to operate at an extremely high level, recover quickly, feel great, focused and energized… and to do it safely without experimenting.

7 years ago I started a doctor prescribed Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)  and I’ve never felt better!

The process started with a comprehensive blood panel looking at all my baseline levels…

An innumerable number of blood tests to see where my body falls without any exogenous hormone treatment and a prescription for testosterone and its complementing supplements.

Within a short time with the help of the bloodwork and my doctor I found my perfect dose of TRT and HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) that I’ve been using since.

Now, this is just my experience… If you are considering getting on TRT you need to understand that there are some long term consequences like dependency.

Once you start, it is highly unlikely that you’ll ever stop.

You feel noticeably different.

Clear, sharp, energized, enthusiastic and strong AF.

If you suffer from Low-T it is a night and day difference.

So you have to come to terms with that first…

It’s a lot like coffee… Do you ever plan to give that up?

And it opens the door to a completely new dimension where you TRANSCEND your current reality.

No longer surviving… but thriving.

Now, I’m not going to give all the credit to testosterone  but every year in the last 7 has gotten better and better.

I have a beautiful High-Value woman…

I have High-Value work where I can make an impact and have freedom…

I have the respect of world-class High Value Men…

I wake up every day with enthusiasm before my alarm clock in an energized state!

I wake up with confidence that attracts my woman and inspires the world!

And I’m feeling fulfilled and alive!

Now before you decide if TRT is right for you, get your discipline dialed in first, there is no replacement for hard work… then do your own research and make sure you start the process with a trusted company like Transcend where I get my supplements from.

Ok, onto my stack reveal!
