What is a High Value Man?
Ask, below.
Happy Monday brother.
I don’t know if I’ve told you recently but I just want to say thank you.
Thank you for not being just a “Nice Guy” but being an intentional High Value Man.
It’s men like you that make a difference, create positive change and are the foundation for better families, better communities, better businesses and a better world.
I know you’re this type of man because you’re on this email list which means at some point you raised your hand…
To be bold in Faith
An example in Fitness
A leader in your Family
Or to impact with your Finances
It’s refreshing — and far from common, so thank you.
The world is a better place because of you.
Sadly, most men are lost. Isolated. Struggling to find purpose.
They have yet to gain the awareness to start looking much less take action.
But, it’s not entirely their fault.
Society has weakened masculinity, stripping men of strong role models, leadership, and responsibility.
The result? A generation of men drifting without direction.
But we’re changing that.
Since 2022, The High Value Man Company has helped over 400+ men through the HVM 90 Day Accelerator step up and become stronger in Faith, Fitness, Family, and Finances.
52 of those men have completed HVM Offer Launch to go on and start their own coaching or mentorship program 18 of which I’m still working with are actively leading their own mens ministry or coaching business serving 100’s of men and two are in process right now to become HVM Certified Coaches.
Collectively amongst our tribe we've ran over 19 Full Marathons (most of those first time) a handful of ultra-marathons, launched multiple podcasts, started writing books, dozens of new careers, new relationships, new children, many have found Christ, four have been baptized and this year we had our first Missions Trip.
This is the multiplier effect and it’s how the Vision of building 10,000 High Value Men will come to life.
How it Started
Growing up, I didn’t have a consistent male role model.
The few men I did know were far from the example I needed, struggling with their own demons, caught in cycles of addiction, anger, and avoidance.
That left me without a blueprint for what it meant to be a man.
And for years, I followed the only model I had, making the same poor choices, chasing validation, and running from responsibility.
It took me nearly three decades to realize that I couldn’t even answer the question:
“What does it mean to be a man?”
That was a painful realization. But it was also the turning point.
The High Value Man Movement started as a selfish pursuit, a personal discipleship process to understand masculinity, develop strength, and forge a roadmap that I, and other men, could follow.
And after more than a decade of mentorship, coaching, and personal mastery, I’ve learned that a truly great and masterful man builds his life around four core pillars:
Faith – A bold personal belief in God and a relationship with truth.
Fitness – Physical and mental discipline that sharpens the body and mind.
Family – Leadership at home, in community, and in the world.
Finances – Stewardship, creation, and multiplication of resources.
These are the Four Domains of personal Mastery.
Becoming a High Value Man isn’t about chasing success or “performing masculinity”, it’s about becoming a man who can lead, provide, protect, and inspire.
Now that I’m married and beginning a family of my own, I fully understand the weight of responsibility, and the power of intentionality, brotherhood, and leadership.
… and over the last decade, I’ve seen how much my story mirrors yours, so again thank you for being a part of it.
I certainly don’t have all the answers, but I know that learning is an interactive process.
And the fastest way to grow as a man is to surround yourself with other men who refuse to stay stagnant.
The Mission: 10,000 Strong
It’s bold but I know it’s possible… maybe not in my lifetime and certainly not alone but I believe 10,000 Powerful High Value Men can have a significant impact on the next 100+ years.
And that’s the type of world I want to leave to my children.
Thank you for being a part of the Mission
Whether you are a current or existing HVM Client or simply support the mission by reading the emails and engaging on social I am grateful for you.
… and I’d love your input.
I am in the process of building a robust website and training app full of resources and tools to support men on their journey of personal Mastery and I’m giving the HVM classic logo an upgrade and would love your insight — which logo design do you like best?
That’s all for now.
Again, from the bottom of my heart… Thank you.
Here’s to building a better world — one man at a time.
